I don't know how many times I've heard someone talk about how they didn't have enough time in the day, wished there was someone to do the "other stuff" for their business so that they could focus on the job at hand, or small businesses that just don't have the space or resources to hire someone part time or full time but still need the occasional help.

Better Than A Temp was created to answer the need that a lot of businesses have. The need for help, but only help when it's needed.

Our service allows for the flexibility of part time help without the hassle of having to "retrain" a new temp each time, without the hassle of having to pay employee wages, insurance, taxes, etc. Let's face it, sometimes it's just not worth the hassle for a few hours worth of help when you need it the most.

We are a small business ready to help your business. We have experience in a variety of industries and a strong desire to help you get things done.

We are locally owned & operated here in Anchorage.

We don't want to be your employee.

We are not an employment agency. 

We are here to help pick up the slack, giving local businesses the opportunity to pay for the time that they need.

Think of us as a Personal Business Assistant on a time-share basis.
